The Nyali Cinemax Loyalty program is a membership scheme allowing members to earn points for purchase of tickets at Nyali Cinemax and redeem the points for various tickets and concession items as detailed below

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Membership and Joining

Enrolment to the Cinemax Loyalty program must be done online at our website https://nyalicinemax.com. The annual membership fee is Kshs. 1,000 per person.

As a special opening offer, members joining before 1st January 2026 will get 1 free ticket for a standard seat.

Only persons aged 18 and above are eligible to join the Cinemax Loyalty program.
Membership and points are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

2. Earning Points:

Cinemax Loyalty points can only be earned on ticket purchases made online via the website or our app.
Members have to be logged in to their Cinemax Loyalty account when making purchases to earn points.
Points cannot be added to past, historical or any ticket purchases made when the account was not logged in
to.

  1. For each ticket purchased, the member will receive 10 points.
  2. For every 100 points, a member can redeem 1 Small Popcorn.
  3. For every 150 points, a member can redeem 1 Small Popcorn and 1 Medium Soda or Water.
  4. For every 200 points, a member can redeem one Standard movie ticket.
3. Redeeming Points:
  1. For every 100 points, a member can redeem 1 Small Popcorn.
  2. For every 150 points, a member can redeem 1 Small Popcorn and 1 Medium Soda or Water.
  3. For every 200 points, a member can redeem one Standard movie ticket.
  4. Points earned are valid for 1 year
